Seams that are pulling apart or weeping are cleaned out and resealed. A seam that is opening up is letting water run behind the fascia.

Reslope sections that pool water
Gutters that lost their slope pool water instead of moving it toward the downspout. We reset the slope by adjusting the hangers. People say pitch; we say slope.

Refasten brackets pulling away
Sections pulling away from the fascia get refastened. If the fascia behind it is rotted, that is written up separately with a recommendation before anything new is fastened to it.
